1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions define the rules for using the winderlogistics.com website (hereinafter: the “Website”) and the terms of cooperation with Winder Logistics UAB, registered in Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter: the “Company”).
By using the Website and our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

Winder Logistics provides logistics and transportation services, including:

  • international road, air, sea, and rail freight,
  • pharmaceutical and temperature-controlled transport,
  • customs clearance and freight forwarding,
  • storage, distribution, and additional logistics solutions.

The detailed scope of services is defined in individual contracts or agreements with clients.

3. Orders and Contracts

  • All service requests must be confirmed in writing (email or signed agreement).
  • Prices and terms are provided in offers and quotations individually prepared for each client.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse orders that violate legal regulations, customs restrictions, or safety rules.

4. Payments

  • Service fees are determined based on the agreed offer.
  • Invoices must be paid within the deadline specified in the agreement.
  • In case of delay, statutory interest may be applied.

5. Liability

  • The Company is responsible for the proper performance of services according to international conventions (e.g., CMR for road transport, Warsaw/Montreal Convention for air transport).
  • Liability is limited to the value of the damaged or lost cargo, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
  • The Company is not liable for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, border closures).

6. Insurance

Clients are advised to purchase additional cargo insurance. Standard liability may not cover the full value of goods.

7. Data Protection

All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

8. Complaints

  • Complaints regarding service performance must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery.
  • The Company will review complaints within 14 business days.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by Lithuanian law.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Vilnius, Lithuania, unless otherwise agreed.
